Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR)

The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation demonstrates that the member has obtained specialized training and education, and is committed to providing outstanding service to buyer clients.

Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE)

Agent with this designation has a thorough understanding of complex issues in today’s real estate market and knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners who are underwater on their mortgage. They are equipped to provide solutions to homeowners who are facing market hardships.

Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS)

Agent with documented performance in the top 10% of their markets, and has successfully demonstrated expertise in the luxury home and estate market.

Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE)

Agent who earns this designation has advanced negotiation skills and can better help clients achieve their goals. This agenthas learned how to strategically plan negotiations, deal with overly competitive negotiators, and how to persuade and influence the other side.

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)

Highest credential awarded to residential sales agents. Only 3% of REALTORS® hold this dedication. CRS agents are dedicated professionals who are three times more successful compared to the average REALTOR® because they must meet stringent education and experience requirements; use timely and cutting edge industry resources; and have access to lifelong education, business tools and industry referrals.

Certified Risk Management Specialist (rCRMS)

REALTORS® who earn this certification go the extra mile to protect their client’s interests. They recognize that in today’s litigious society, good REALTORS® need to anticipate the pitfalls in a real estate transaction for their clients and themselves and be well prepared to avoid them

Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI)

REALTOR® who has completed professional training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards and the sales process.

Master of Real Estate Society

An exclusive membership society recognizing a member’s continuous educational accomplishments and dedication to excellence. Less than 1% of REALTORS® in Arizona belong to this elite society.

Million Dollar Guild Member

CLHMS whose documented performance includes at least two single family property closings at $1,000,000+ earns this prestigious membership.

Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA)

Agents who are PSA certified are skilled in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misconceptions they often have about home values.

Real Estate Staging Association – Certified Staging Advocate (RESA®-CSA™)

A REALTOR® with this certification understands that Home Staging is an important part of your strategy used to getting the best price for your property with the fewest days on the market. A RESA®-CSA™ will work together with you and a professional Home Stager to show you how to appeal to the right kind of buyers for your home.

Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS)

A REALTOR® who has gained this NAR official certification specializes in buying, selling, or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination, to assist them with their search.

Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)

SRS designees are members of an elite group, who have completed training to be seller client advocates. The agent has trained in a wide variety of manual and electronic methods to market a home, knows the importance of staging a property, knows how to negotiate and position their client to receive the best outcome, as well as how to collaborate with cooperating agents in order to ensure the “best’” buyer has an opportunity to purchase the property.

Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)

A REALTOR® who has this designation is prepared to meet the special needs of maturing American when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. These REALTORS® are prepared to approach mature clients with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions.
