The first step in crafting your home search is to think carefully about your wants and needs. Our New Home Wish List questionnaire eliminates the guesswork.
From bedrooms and bathrooms, to commute times and neighborhood amenities, the questionnaire helps us empower you with homes, floor plans and neighborhoods that may be a perfect fit for you!
Then, we create a custom home search for you via a password-protected online portal that is free from distracting ads and spammers.
Your portal has the same properties that you will find on sites like Zillow, with the added benefit of real-time data supplied directly from the Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service. According to Zillow, “A syndicated listing can take 24-48 hours to show on Zillow once it is activated at the listing source.” Thankfully, with your portal, there is no delay on new property listings.

You should absolutely have a skilled agent when you purchase new construction. We not only negotiate on your behalf with the builder, we also help you with lot selection, design center appointments and walkthroughs. We will even evaluate resale value and help optimize your design budget for maximum value.
Everything is a negotiation. And when it comes to buying a home, the stakes are high. Our agents have advanced negotiation training. The Arizona Department of Real Estate does not require agents to have any negotiation training, yet it is one of the most important value-added services that we provide to our clients.
An agent who fosters great relationships is an asset in any market, but crucial in a seller’s market. We are skillful negotiators, who balance that professionalism by also being kind, considerate humans.
Relationships can truly be a deciding factor. When all other things are relatively equal, sometimes it’s your agent’s reputation that helps things work out in your best interest.
It’s been said that the only perfect home is heaven. And that’s the truth. The inspection phase is often one of the most stressful times in the home buying journey. Getting a 50+ page report on the home your buying with what seems like an endless “punch-list” can be stressful.
Don’t know what a run capacitor is? Don’t worry. We do, and it’s usually not a big deal. During the inspection phase we may also recommend getting bids for the repairs that are “deal breakers,” so we can leverage key information for negotiation.
We are not movers. But we can refer you to those who have provided great service to our clients in the past.
