They loved the home. Unfortunately it was just a bit out of the price range of being able to move on it right away. They currently have a home in Montana that they are waiting to be sold before they get going on an additional vacation home.

This showing was a young family. They loved the home, the view and the pool, but didn't care for the wine wall. They were researching moving out of Gilbert. The agent said they have decided to stay in Gilbert until their kids finished school.

These buyers were from inside the community who are considering selling their current home to purchase an updated one. The clients did not care for the home due to the family room not being welcoming. They felt it was priced above market value. Their favorite part of the home were the upgrades in the kitchen.

Second showing with Paul & Madeline Clegg. They requested the building plans be available and that we walk the property line and discuss the feedback provided by Scott Krout, Director of Agronomy, regarding cutting the trees back along the 11th green. Showing lasted a couple of hours. They also wanted to research from the plans if the fireplaces could be changed to a traditional style.

This couple liked the home very much!  They had owned a second home in Montana and recently sold it. They live in Cave Creek and would like to move closer to their Queen Creek family.  Will request a second showing.

Buyers are from Colorado. The husband loved the home and the view. The wife was not fond of the floor plan. In particular, the kitchen /family room configuration.

The Weitmans were very excited to see this home! The kitchen had all the features Chris loved. She was not fond of the porcelain counter tops or that the pantry was open. The wine wall would be used as an art gallery. Decided the home was not for them. They would need to invest additional money to make it to their syle.

Northern California buyer. She spent looked liked the layout of the home. She didn't care for the pub room or the fireplaces. Wanted to know where the lot lines were in relation to the golf course. In the end, this home was not the one for her.

This couple called me after seeing the property online. I told them to stop by the Open House 11/4 and I would show them the home. They were from Canada and already owned a custom lot on Pinyon Village, golf course frontage. The husband agreed to purchase a resale home if the wife found one she liked. They loved the views and the floor plan. However, they did not like the shaded patios. They preferred direct sun/patios facing the west. "Too much shade" was the reason they marked this off their list.

Heard about this home from a friend. They called me to see in person. They are SMG&CC golf members and would like to live inside the gates. Loved the photos online, but didn't care for the tile in the bathrooms. It was at the top of their range and are looking for a home that would require zero changes. Loved the wine wall!
